Easy Baked Salmon
This is a simple way to prepare salmon, a fish that has those great oils that your body needs! Do not eat the salmon skin, as that is where toxins tend to collect. I've heard that the wild salmon is best, as opposed to the farm raised and this is because the farm-raised salmon aren't always fed the best food and often dyes are added to the salmon food to make the fish appear more pink.
-
½ pound salmon per person, cut into fillets
-
Rub salmon with small amount of sesame oil
-
Pour ***gamosio (sesame seeds and salt) on each piece of fish until it makes a kind of crust
-
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and serve!
***Gomasio -Eden is the company that I like to use, but there are other companies that make gomasio too. This product is a great substitute for salt and sesame seeds are loaded with calcium!
