I just received before baby boost yesterday, I actually took the multi–vitamin and the fish oils last night––two doses and one tummy calm––For some reason I woke up this morning with no nausea and I had energy not only that but I had none of my normal indigestion after breakfast, I proceeded to take the multi–vitamin and the fish oils after breakfast and I'm still feeling great. I am a nursing mom of a 12 week old baby boy. I have been taking After Baby Boost™ supplements for the last 6 weeks and feel great. My energy levels are back to normal and I sleep soundly at night. I returned to my pre–pregnancy weight quickly and am now about ten pounds lighter than that. My son is sleeping well only nursing once, sometimes twice, at night. I started taking After Baby Boost™ shortly after the birth of my son. At first it was hard to differentiate the effects of After Baby Boost™ from my hormonal fluctuations. I heard about Dr. Raffelock's Before Baby Boost™ products and I wanted to try it right away. I was concerned after learning about all the short cuts many of the prenatal vitamin companies are taking.
